Storage of Household Goods

• All Goods are wrapped in warehouse padding and loaded into wooden storage vaults.

• Vaults are kept in one of our clean warehouse facilities in either Salem or Salisbury.

• Temperature Controlled storage area is available.

• Costs are based on the actual weight of goods stored.

Monthly storage rates are................................$ 4.00 per 100 lbs

Warehouse handling Charge..........................$ 4.00 per 100 lbs

Pick up or delivery rates to the warehouse (within a 50 mile radius)

1,000 to 1,999 lbs. (breakpoint weight is 1,619 lbs)......................$ 21.00 per 100 lbs

2,000 to 3,999 lbs. (breakpoint weight is 3,294 lbs)......................$ 17.00 per 100 lbs

4,000 to 7,999 lbs. (breakpoint weight is 7,429 lbs)......................$ 14.00 per 100 lbs.

8,000 lbs and over..............................................................................$ 13.00 per 100 lbs.

Liability coverage while your goods are in storage is limited to a value not exceeding $.60 per pound per article. You should check with your homeowners policy to see if addition coverage is available.  Ask your insurance agent what is covered and what is excluded on your policy.

Coverage can be purchased  from our company at the rate of $2.02 per $1,000 value per month.
